Institutional digital asset services

Define the work for the decision your team faces.

CryptoWisely provides institutional digital asset services through focused diagnostic reviews, commissioned documentation and strategic advisory. Each route serves a different need. You can begin with the one relevant to your current decision.

Compare the Three Routes

Which Route?

Start with the work that needs a decision.

A review is useful when assumptions or evidence need testing. Documentation begins when the requirement is understood. Strategic Advisory is appropriate when several operating or commercial choices must be considered together.

Each route can be commissioned independently.

ENTRY ROUTE
Defined diagnostic review DIAGNOSE
Review the available evidence before committing further budget or resources.

Diagnostic Reviews

Five reviews covering distinct commercial and institutional questions.

Each Diagnostic Review examines a specific question using the materials available. Existing decks, research and AI assisted analysis may be submitted as inputs. CryptoWisely checks the reasoning, identifies missing evidence and delivers a written assessment with bounded recommendations.

ConfidentialityConfidentiality agreed before materials are submitted.

The engagement process includes a confidentiality step before substantive client information is requested. Its final terms will be provided when the service opens.

Document intakeUse the material already available.

Submissions may include existing research, product documents, internal analyses and prior working material. Evidence and assumptions are reviewed separately.

AssessmentFindings linked to evidence.

Material conclusions identify the supporting information, its limitations and the likely consequence for the decision. The final assessment is reviewed by CryptoWisely.

Prepared Decision Review

After a Diagnostic Review is complete, a Prepared Decision Review allows a separate discussion of the findings and their implications for the client's decision. It uses the existing report and submitted material. This is an optional follow on service, not a second Diagnostic Review.

Written clarification covers the completed report as delivered. New research, additional evidence or a broader advisory mandate requires a separate scope. The Prepared Decision Review is optional; the Diagnostic remains complete without it.
The report distinguishes supported claims from assumptions and missing evidence. Where relevant, individual findings are identified as Supported, Partially Supported, Insufficient Evidence or Contradicted by Evidence. The closing Decision Note sets out the most material implications.

Examine commercial and operating choices that affect more than one part of the business.

Strategic Advisory

Consider the decision in its operating context.

Institutional digital asset decisions often involve a commercial case, legal perimeter, operating responsibility and infrastructure dependency. Strategic Advisory examines these questions together when a single deliverable would be too narrow.

05 Positioning & GTM Proposition, buyer problem and commercial route to market.
06 Operating Models Responsibilities, workflows, evidence and exception handling.

A mandate spanning several decisions?

Client materials · Confidentiality · Infrastructure

How submitted information is handled.

Security begins with a defined scope and the right submission channel. Our engagement procedure includes NDA-first material sharing and a Cloudflare-supported digital intake layer being prepared for the product workflow.

01 / Before intakeConfidentiality first

We agree the NDA and required material before requesting sensitive files. An initial enquiry should contain only a brief, non-confidential description.

02 / InfrastructureCloudflare-supported workflow

Cloudflare forms part of the digital intake infrastructure being prepared. Storage location, access permissions and retention terms will be stated for the relevant workflow before client file submission.

03 / During deliveryControlled access and scope

Engagement material is used for the agreed review, document or mandate. Sharing arrangements and authorised recipients are established for the scope involved.

Online product checkout and self-service file intake are not yet active. Do not send confidential materials through the initial contact form. See our Privacy, Data Protection & Cookie Policy.

The Diagnostic report is complete without an additional session. The optional Prepared Decision Review examines its findings and decision implications without reopening the underlying research scope.
